Peanut Butter Banana Bread Muffins

These are perfect to bake with the family and uses a lot of ingredients which you may already have in your cupboards.

Preheat oven to 175C / 350F.
Mix together wet ingredients. Then, in a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Divide between 9 muffin cases in a muffin tray then bake for 25 mins.
Remove allow to cool and then decorate with toppings.

For The Muffins

  • Smooth peanut butter 125g
  • 125g of Greek yoghurt
  • 150ml of almond milk
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 100g of honey
  • 130g of wholemeal flour
  • Tsp of baking powder
  • Tsp of ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt

For The Toppings

  • Melted smooth peanut butter
  • Melted Nutella or chocolate spread
