S’mores Brownies

 These S’mores Brownies are indulgent, yet secretly healthy and high in protein. Fudgy Brownies topped with gooey marshmallows, crunchy biscuits and chocolate chips - they’re too good not to try.

Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F and line a 20cm square baking tin with parchment paper.
Add dry ingredients to a mixing bowl. Mix with a whisk until combined then set the bowl aside.
Add the wet ingredients to a separate bowl and mix with an electric whisk until smooth. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients then whisk until fully combined.
Transfer the brownie batter into the baking tin, spread it out then sprinkle over the marshmallows, broken biscuits and chocolate chips.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or longer if you like them less gooey. Leave to cool completely before slicing with a sharp knife.

  • 60g of Chocolate Protein Powder.
  • ½ tsp of Salt.
  • 250g of Greek Yoghurt.
  • 100g of Maple Syrup.
  • 80g of Smooth Peanut Butter.
  • 2 Eggs.
  • 50g Mini Marshmallows.
  • 2-3 Digestive Biscuits, broken.
  • 20g of Chocolate Chips.
