Delicious crispy chicken tenders, reminiscent of everyone’s favourite fast food chicken joint KFC. Air fried to achieve a fraction of the calories with 100% of the flavour.

For spicy chicken, prepare cornflour, egg and season Panko by adding salt, pepper, chilli powder and smoked paprika and mix it in. Coat each piece of chicken in cornflour, egg wash and then Panko breadcrumbs and set aside.
Transfer chicken pieces to airfryer and brush each piece with a little coconut oil. Airfry for 15 mins. All airfryers are slightly different so heck chicken is cooked through before serving.

  • 400g chicken – cut into strips
  • 30g cornflour
  • 1 egg - beaten
  • 100g panko breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Pinch of chilli powder
  • Tsp smoked paprika
  • Melted coconut oil - to brush
  • Chopped chives, to garnish
