Spicy Chicken Wrap
Very simple, but absolutely delicious, Spicy Chicken Wraps. Perfect for meal prep, packed lunch or a dinner time option for the fam.

To a large mixing bowl, add chicken breast, 1/2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, chilli powder, salt, pepper, lemon juice, onion granules and oregano, then mix until combined.
In a separate small bowl, combine fat free yoghurt, sriracha hot sauce and coriander/ parsley.
Heat remaining 1/2 tbsp of extra virgin olive in a large, non-stick pan, on high heat, then add seasoned chicken breast. Cook for 5-10 mins, stirring regularly, until chicken breast is cooked through, showing a deep red colour all over and slightly charred.
Tim to build your wraps: add lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber, followed by spicy chicken and creamy hot sauce, then wrap!
