High Protein Brownie Ice Cream
A deliciously creamy, chocolatey and healthy high protein ice cream mixture with soft brownie bits in it! Out of this world. An essential summer recipe.

Add frozen bananas, greek yoghurt, peanut butter, cocoa powder, chocolate whey protein and salt to a food processor and blitz until smooth. Transfer ice cream mixture to a container and then add bits of brownie, some in the mixture and some on top to decorate.
Freeze your ice cream for at least 6hours or overnight. Before eating, remove from freezer and allow to thaw for 5 mins before serving.

For the ice cream:
- 4 medium sized bananas - chopped and frozen.
- 125g of greek yoghurt.
- 100g of peanut butter.
- 2 tbsp of cocoa powder.
- 2 scoops of chocolate whey protein.
- A pinch of sea salt.
