Orzo Pasta Salad w/ Garlic Chicken

Preheat oven to 180℃ / 360℉. Add chicken breast to baking dish. Then add olive oil, salt, black pepper, oregano and mix well. Bake for 20 mins.
10 minutes into cook time of chicken, add orzo to boiling water and cook for 10 mins until al dente.
Finely chop all of your vegetables, drain your chicken peas and set aside.
Add all of your dressing ingredients into a bowl and mix until combined.
Drain your orzo and add to a big mixing bowl, with all your vegetables, chicken and dressing. Mix well.
Tuck in and enjoy!
