BBQ Chicken Wrap - literally the tastiest, smoky and slightly spicy BBQ chicken teamed up with a creamy BBQ Sauce. The perfect bight bite to kick off our Light Bite Series!

Add all BBQ chicken ingredients to a large bowl and mix until combined.
To a separate medium bowl, add all BBQ Sauce, then mix until combined.
Heat a large, non-stick frying pan, then add a few sprays of low calorie cooking spray, followed by BBQ chicken. Cook in medium heat for 5-10 mins, until cooked through and showing a decent amount of colour, then remove from pan.
Build your wraps: spread 1/2 tbsp of store-bought BBQ sauce on tortilla, then add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and bell pepper first, then your BBQ chicken and lastly your BBQ sauce.


Serves 4

For the BBQ Chicken:

  • 500g of chicken breast.
  • Tbsp of BBQ seasoning.
  • 1/2 tbsp of smoked paprika.
  • 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper.
  • 1/2 tbsp of dried parsley.
  • 1/2 tsp of salt.
  • Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil.
  • Juice of 1 lemon.

For the BBQ Sauce:

  • 150g of fat free yoghurt.
  • Tbsp of buffalo hot sauce.
  • Tbsp of stor-bought BBQ sauce.
  • 1/2 tbsp of BBQ seasoning.
  • Tbsp of dried parsley.
  • Juice of 1/2 a lemon.

For the wrap:

  • 4 tortilla wrap.
  • 1/2 tbsp of BBQ sauce, per wrap.
  • Lettuce - chopped.
  • 2 tomatoes - chopped.
  • 1/2 a cucumber - chopped.
  • 1/2 a red onion - chopped.
  • 1/2 yellow bell pepper - chopped.
