Add all BBQ chicken ingredients to a large bowl and mix until combined.
To a separate medium bowl, add all BBQ Sauce, then mix until combined.
Heat a large, non-stick frying pan, then add a few sprays of low calorie cooking spray, followed by BBQ chicken. Cook in medium heat for 5-10 mins, until cooked through and showing a decent amount of colour, then remove from pan.
Build your wraps: spread 1/2 tbsp of store-bought BBQ sauce on tortilla, then add lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion and bell pepper first, then your BBQ chicken and lastly your BBQ sauce.
