Ingredients
Serves 4
For the fried rice:
- 2 bell pepper - diced.
- 1 onion - finely chopped.
- 1-2 carrots - chopped.
- 500g of cooked, long grain rice (make sure rice is not hot).
- 2 tbsp of tomato puree.
- Tbsp of dark soy sauce.
- 1/2 tbsp of cajun seasoning (or more if you wish).
- Tsp of garlic granules.
- 2 spring onions - thinly sliced horizontally.
- 1/4 red cabbage - shredded by using a peeler.
- 20g of peanuts.
