Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Chocolate melted down then layered with a protein peanut butter mixture. These are melt in your mouth goodness.

Microwave 1/2 chocolate chips in 30 second intervals until fully melted. Pour melted chocolate into an empty ice cube tray, the chocolate should stretch to 10 moulds. Transfer ice cube tray to freezer until chocolate has set.
Meanwhile, microwave peanut butter for 30 second intervals until becomes runny, then add protein and maple syrup and mix until fully combined. Then, once chocolate has set, remove from freezer and add a layer of peanut butter mixture on top of set chocolate. Flatten the top of peanut butter mixture with the back of a spoon.
Melt remaining chocolate chips, then top your peanut butter mixture with melted chocolate, flatten the top then freeze again, until set. Once set, pop your bites out of their moulds and enjoy!
