Add yoghurt, cocoa, oat flour, protein powder and salt to a bowl. Use a spatula to fold until combined. Roughly chop half of the hazelnuts and fold these in.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf tin lined with parchment paper and press it down with a spatula into a flat layer. Freeze for an hour. Once hardened, use a sharp knife to slice into 10 squares.
Add chocolate and oil to a bowl and melt in the microwave, stopping every 30 seconds to stir. Chop the remaining hazelnuts into small pieces.
Dip each square into the chocolate using a fork or spoon, then allow any excess chocolate to drip off before placing onto a sheet of parchment paper and quickly sprinkling on some of the chopped nuts.
Store in the fridge or freezer.
