Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.
Bring a saucepan of water to boil. Peel and chop your sweet potato and then steam for 15-20 mins. Then, mash your sweet potato.
Transfer the mashed potatoes to a mixing bowl and add the nut butter, maple syrup, cocoa powder and a crack of salt.
Mix all ingredients together well until your are left with a smooth brownie batter.
Transfer batter to a line loaf tin or baking dish and bake for 20 mins. Remove and leave to cool before slicing into ten pieces.
