High Protein No-Bake Oreo Cheesecakes

An oreo biscuit base, a cookies a creme high protein cheesecake filling and no baking involved...what more could you want?!

Add 6 Oreo biscuits with cremes removed, honey and coconut oil to a food processor and blitz until you are left with fine biscuit crumbs.
In a large mixing bowl, mix together greek yoghurt, creme cheese, vanilla protein, honey and plain flour until fully combined. Then add in broken oreos and mix again.
Add biscuit crumbs to bottom of a cheesecake mould or any circle shaped utensil and then press to flatten. Add in 2-3 tbsp of cheesecake filling. Repeat 3 more times, until all cheesecake filling is used, then refrigerate for 3-4 hours, until set.
Once set, remove from fridge and dust with blended Oreo biscuits. Finally, add 1/2 an Oreo on top for decoration (optional).

For the biscuit base:

  • 1/2 tsp of coconut oil - melted.

For the filling:

  • 150g of 0% fat greek yoghurt.
  • 180g of light creme cheese.
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein.
  • Tbsp of honey.
  • 2 tbsp of plain flour.
  • 3 oreos - broken up in hands
