If baking chicken breast in the oven, preheat oven to 200°C.
Add cornflakes, garlic granules, onion granules, smoked paprika, chilli powder, salt and pepper to a food processor and blitz into a fine crumb, then pour out onto a plate.
Cover and bash chicken breasts to 3cm thick, coat in plain flour, dip in egg whites, then coat all over in cornflake crumb. If baking, transfer to a lined baking tray, spray all over with with low calorie cooking spray and bake for 20-25 minutes, until crispy. Or, place in air fryer tray and cook in air fryer at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat honey, sriracha, soy sauce, chilli flakes and water in a medium pan and cook for 2-4 minutes on medium heat until bubbling then remove form heat. Transfer hot honey to a large, shallow bowl.
Dip and coat chicken breasts all over in hot honey then build your burgers, add light mayonnaise to bottom bun, lettuce, chicken breast, feta (optional), drizzle with remaining hot honey and add top bun.

Chicken Burger:
- 2 medium or 2 x 200g chicken breasts.
- 50g cornflakes.
- 2 egg whites.
- 2 tbsp plain flour.
- 1/2 tbsp garlic granules.
- 1/2 tbsp onion granules.
- 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika.
- 1/2 tsp mild chilli powder.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- Black pepper, to taste.
- Low calorie cooking spray.
- 2 brioche buns, sliced and toasted.
- 2 tbsp light mayonnaise.
- Iceberg lettuce, thinly sliced.
- 30g of feta, crumbled (optional).
