Preheat oven to 180°C/ 375°F.
Add chilli heatwave Doritos, garlic granules, onion granules, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano and salt to a food processor or blender, then blitz into a fine crumb before transferring to a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and hot sauce. Dip each tender in egg, then coat all over in chilli heatwave crumb. Place coated chicken tenders on a lined baking tray and bake for 15 mins, until golden and crispy on the outside.
Meanwhile, make your gravy as per packet instructions.
Once baked, dip chicken tenders in gravy and enjoy!
