Add boiling water to instant coffee and stir well. Then, add a scoop of ice to coffee to cool it.
Mix your protein shake together in a shaker.
Fill a tall glass up roughly halfway with ice, then add chilled coffee, followed by protein shake. Stir before drinking.

  • 2 tsp of instant coffee, mixed with 150ml of boiling water.
  • 200ml of milk.

  • 1-2 scoops of ice.
