Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. If it’s too watery and you want it more icy, just add more ice! Sprinkle with some more nesquik/ cocoa powder to decorate.

Serves 2

For the shake:

  • 150ml of milk (we used soya for it’s thick consistency).
  • 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder.
  • 2 tbsp of Nesquik (can be swapped for cocoa or cacao powder).
  • 2-3 scoops of ice.
  • Tbsp of homemade Nutella, you can use store bought if you wish.
