Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add chicken. Fry until cooked and then add peri peri sauce. Stir well and continue for 2-3 mins.
Heat wrap in microwave for 20-30 seconds. Spread mayo onto wrap using the back of a spoon.
Add cooked chicken to wrap and then add cheese. You can microwave the wrap at this point to get extra melted cheese. Add a squirt of ketchup, salad and tomatoes and wrap it up!

  • 1 chicken breast – diced.
  • Tsp of olive oil or low calorie cooking spray.
  • 1 tortilla wrap.
  • 3 tbsp Peri Peri sauce (try our own)
  • 15g of grated cheddar (light optional).
  • Tbsp of Mayo (light optional).
  • Squirt of ketchup.
  • 5 cherry tomatoes - cut in half.
  • A handful of salad.
