Popcorn Chocolate Bark

What we love about this bark is that we’ve used high-quality dark chocolate, which makes it rich and therefore means that you don’t keep going back for more. One piece is enough to fix the sugar cravings! Plus you can get creative with it and add whatever toppings you want!

Heat coconut oil in a pan on a medium heat and add your popcorn to the pan.
Cover with a lid and wait until all your popcorn has popped before removing from the pan and setting aside.
Now, boil a saucepan of water, place a heatproof dish on top and add your chocolate to the dish. (If you don’t have a heatproof dish to melt your chocolate, you can microwave your chocolate in intervals instead). Stir regularly until it melts completely and then transfer to a lined baking tray, reserving a little melted dark chocolate for decorating later.
Scatter your popcorn, marshmallows, peanut butter and remaining dark chocolate over your chocolate and chill until chocolate has completely set. Break into 12 roughly sized pieces and enjoy!
