Sausage Red Pesto Broccoli Pasta

Firstly, boil a large saucepan of water and chop you chipolatas into small pieces.
Then, fry your sausages in a tbsp olive oil for 5 mins in a large frying pan. Next, add your onions and garlic and continue frying until onions are soft. Now, add chilli, chopped tomatoes and white wine vinegar and 50ml of hot water, cover and leave to simmer for 15 mins.
Meanwhile, put your pasta on to cook. 6 mins later, add your broccoli florets to the water and cook for for another 2 mins.
Now, drain your pasta and broccoli, add it to the pan along with your red pesto and and mix it all together. Serve with some grated parmesan.
