Add all ingredients, except for honey, to slow cooker, then stir to combine. Cover then slow cook, on high, for four hours. If you can, then stir once or twice throughout cook time. If you're going out, then I'm sure it will be fine.
Once cooked, add honey and taste for seasoning, then stir again. It’s that simple!

Serves 4
- 30g of unsalted butter.
- 500g of chicken breast - cut into 4cm pieces.
- 1 onion - finely chopped.
- 3 cloves of garlic - grated.
- 3cm cube of ginger - grated.
- Tbsp of curry powder.
- Tsp of turmeric.
- Tsp of garam masala.
- 1/2 tbsp of smoked paprika.
- 1/2 tsp of chilli powder.
- 300ml of chicken stock.
- Tin of chopped tomatoes - blended
- Tbsp of tomato puree.
- Tbsp of honey.
- Salt and pepper, to taste.
