Preheat oven to 175°C/ 350°F.
Place heat-proof bowl above a saucepan of simmering water and add dark chocolate and coconut oil. Stir together until completely melted.
Using a stand mixer or electric hand whisk, beat together eggs and coconut sugar until light and fluffy. This may take up to 5 mins.
Gradually pour melted chocolate and coconut oil into egg mixture whilst stirring until fully combined.
Sift in almond flour and cocoa powder until fully combined.
Transfer mixture to a lined 8”x8” baking tray, decorate top with crispy M&Ms, then bake for 20 mins. Once baked, remove and allow to cool completely before slicing into 16 bite-sized pieces.

  • 125g of 70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate
  • 50g of coconut oil.
  • 3 eggs.
  • 2 tbsp of cocoa powder.
  • 100g of coconut sugar.
  • 90g of almond flour.
  • 1/4 tsp of fine sea salt.
