Maple Pecan Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are one of the best healthy breakfast options out there. Ours are full of protein and the Maple Pecans are the perfect accompaniment to make a very humble breakfast super exciting.

Preheat oven to 180°C/ 375°F.
Chuck pecans into a bowl, then add maple syrup and salt. Stir until pecans are coated in maple syrup, then transfer to a lined baking tray. Spread the pecans out on the baking tray, then bake for 10 mins.
For the overnight oats, you can make them in individual containers or you can make a big batch and divide into containers later. Either way, you need to mix oats and protein until combined. Then add milk and mix again. Leave the oats to soak overnight. Add maple pecans to oats before eating.

For the Oats:

  • 50g of rolled oats per serving.
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein per serving.
  • 150-200ml of milk.

For the Maple Pecans:

  • 80g of pecans.
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup.
  • A pinch of salt.
