Preheat oven to 175°C/ 350°F.
Add all ingredients, excluding choc chips, to a mixing bowl and mix until fully combined.
Transfer combined mixture to a lined baking tray, then bake for 15 mins. Flip and unstick the granola 2-3 times during cook time to make sure it doesn’t burn and this also allows you to break the granola into large or small chunks.
Once baked, allow to cool before adding in chocolate chips.

  • 50g of nuts
  • 60g of maple syrup
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • Tbsp of avocado oil
  • 50g of chocolate chips
