Drunken Beef Noodles
Spicy and full of flavour, our Drunken Beef Noodles are a delicious, quick and hearty, dinner options. Feel free to experiment with the protein source, chicken, prawns or tofu would also work perfectly in this dish!

In a bowl, mix together the beef steak and soy sauce.
In a separate bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients.
Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and cook the rice noodles according to packet instructions. When cooked, drain and place in a bowl or saucepan of cold water until ready to use.
Heat the oil in a large pan or wok, add the shallot and garlic and stir fry on high heat, for 3-4 minutes, until soft. Add the beef steak, green chilli and stir fry for 3-4 minutes, until beef is brown all over. Add the red pepper, cook for 2 minutes, then add the noodles, pak choi, Thai basil and toss to combine. Once combined, add the sauce and toss again until combined.
Serve immediately. Garnish with chopped nuts and a squeeze of lime.

- Tbsp of groundnut oil.
- 1 shallot - thinly sliced.
- 3 cloves of garlic - finely chopped.
- 2 green chillies - deseeded and finely chopped.

- 1 pak choi - chopped.
- A bunch of Thai basil.
- 2 serving of rice noodles.
- A handful of chopped nuts, to garnish.
