Cajun Pasta Salad

Boil a large saucepan of water and cook pasta until very al dente.
Coat chicken beast in cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, olive oil and greek yoghurt, then air fry at 200°C for 12 mins. Remove chicken and slice, then air fry prosciutto at 200°C for 5-6 mins, until crispy then chop into small pieces.
In a bowl, mix together Cajun-Lime dressing ingredients.
Add all salad ingredients to a large salad bowl, along with cajun chicken and crispy prosciutto, then drizzle over Creamy Cajun dressing and add parmesan before mixing.
