Preheat your oven to 175C/ 350F. In a large mixing bowl, mix together all dry ingredients. Then, in a small bowl, mix together all wet ingredients.
Next, add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together. Fold your choc chips into the mixture and then, using yourhands, form the your cookie dough into ten evenly sized balls and leave on a lined baking tray.
Next, flatten each cookie dough ball with a spatula and bake the cookies for 12 mins.
Once baked, allow your cookies to cool down before devouring!

  • 80g of plain flour (can use wholewheat flour)
  • Tsp of baking powder.
  • Tsp of cinnamon.
  • A crack of salt.
  • 1 egg.
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil.
  • 60g of honey.
  • Tsp of vanilla.
  • 40g of choc chips.
