Peanut Butter Banana Brownies

You can never have enough brownies, and we know there's a ripe banana around your kitchen somewhere.

Preheat oven to 175C/350F.
Add your bananas to a mixing bowl and mash them using a fork. Then, add your peanut butter, honey and vanilla drops and mix well. Next, add your wholemeal flour, cacao powder, salt and mix again.
Now, mix your milk into the mixture. Keep adding milk until the mixture reaches the desired consistency.
Transfer your mixture to a lined baking dish, you can either line it by brushing melted butter and then adding baking paper to the dish or butter and then lightly dusting with cacao powder.
Add 4 tsp of peanut butter to the top of the mixture and swirl using a knife.
Bake your brownies for 20 mins. Once baked, remove from oven, leave to cool and slice up into 16 brownies.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 150g of smooth peanut butter
  • 100g of honey
  • 1 vanilla flavour drop (we recommend MyProtein)
  • 80g of wholemeal flour
  • 40g of cacao powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 100ml of milk

For The Topping

  • 25g of smooth peanut butter
