Preheat oven 180°C/ 365°F.
Heat a few sprays of low calorie cooking spray in a non-stick pan, on medium heat, then add chicken breast. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and smoked paprika, cook for 4 mins, before adding chorizo slices and cook for 3 mins. Stir in light cream cheese and tbsp of pizza sauce, then remove pan from heat.
Slice garlic baguette lengthways, leaving about 2cm from the bottom uncut, add 2-3 tbsp of pizza sauce, then add chicken and chorizo filling and mozzarella minis. Top with chill flakes, then bake for 15 mins.

  • 50g of chorizo - sliced.
  • 2 tbsp of light cream cheese.
  • 3-4 tbsp of pizza sauce.
  • 1 garlic baguette.
  • 30g of mozzarella minis or small pieces of torn mozzarella.
  • Chilli flakes, to taste.
