Chilli Pesto Pasta w/ Paprika Chicken

This pasta dish is ridiculously tasty! The no-cook pasta sauce is the star of the show and makes everything super creamy and glossy. Perfect if you fancy something comforting!

Add your chicken breast to a baking dish, then add your olive oil and season with smoked paprika, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook for 20 mins at 180℃/360℉.
Meanwhile, get your pasta onto cook. Cook until al dente and reserve some pasta water when draining pasta.
Now it's it time add all your sauce ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. This is a no cook sauce, so super simple!
Once pasta is cooked, add your sauce and stir to combine. Add some pasta water to give the pasta that glossy finish we all know and love. Mix well until all the pasta is coated.
Finally, add your chicken breast on top and enjoy!

  • 2 roasted red reppers.
  • 1 handful of fresh basil.
  • 30g of parmesan cheese
  • 30g of light cream cheese
  • 30g of chilli pesto
  • Salt & pepper
  • 250g of spaghetti

For the Chicken:

  • 200g of chicken breast.
  • 0.5 tbsp of olive oil.
  • 1tsp of paprika.
  • 1tsp of oregano.
  • Salt & pepper.
