Toast sourdough until very well toasted and crunchy. To the first slice of sourdough, add light cream cheese, then chicken slices, followed by cheese slices, caramelised onion chutney, streaky bacon. To the second slice of sourdough, add rocket salad and stuffing, then close sandwich.
