Preheat oven to 180°C/ 375°F.
In a large bowl coat the chicken tenders in salt, pepper and smoked paprika.
Dip each tender in the egg, then coat all over in cornflakes and place on a lined baking tray. Spray all over with cooking spray, then bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the Sweet Chilli Sauce. When the chicken tenders are nearly out the oven, cook the sauce in a small pan on medium heat, for 2-4 minutes, until bubbling and the sauce begins to thicken, then dip the chicken tenders in the sauce - you can do this individually or in batches.
Heat the tortillas for 20-30 seconds in the microwave to make them pliable, spread light mayonnaise, then add the chicken tenders, sriracha mayonnaise, sesame seeds, spring onions and lettuce, close the wrap and enjoy!
