Loaded Garlic Ciabattas

Preheat oven to 180°C/ 360°F.
Slice your ciabatta rolls in half and set aside. Mix together butter, garlic and parsley in a small bowl until fully combined. Spread garlic butter mixture across ciabatta and then bake for 7-8 mins, until bread just start to crisper around the edges.
Once baked, remove garlic ciabattas from oven, then top with marinara sauce, chicken, red pepper, mozzarella and light cheddar. Bake for another 5-10 mins, until cheese has completely melted.
Garnish with chopped parsley.

For The Loaded Garlic Ciabatta
- 2 ciabatta rolls.
- 3 tbsp of unsalted butter (room temp).
- 5-6 cloves of garlic - finely chopped.
- 3 tbsp of chopped parsley.
- A small bowl of marinara sauce.
- 150g of cooked chicken breast.
- 1 red pepper - chopped.
- 50g of mozzarella - torn into pieces.
- 25g of light cheddar - grated.
- Salt and pepper, to taste.
- Chopped parsley, to garnish.
