Chocolate Flapjacks

Preheat your oven to 160c.
In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, cinnamon and salt and set aside.
In a microwavable bowl, add peanut butter, honey, coconut oil and vanilla and microwave for 60 secs. Once microwaved, mix together well and add milk and mix again.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix togther.
Then, transfer mixture to an 8” x 8” baking tray and flatten with a spatula. Bake your flapjacks for 15- 20 mins before removing and allowing to cool for 10 mins.
Once set, remove from fridge/ freezer and decorate with melted peanut butter (optional). Slice and your flapjacks into 16 evenly sized bites and enjoy!

  • 200g of jumbo rolled oats.
  • Tsp of cinnamon.
  • A pinch of salt.
  • 175g of peanut butter.
  • 70g of honey.
  • 25g of coconut oil.
  • Tsp of vanilla.
  • 100ml of milk.

For The Topping:

  • 100g of melted dark chocolate.
  • Melted peanut butter for decorating (optional).
