Orange Sauce:
- 150ml of orange juice, squeezing your own achieves the best flavour but you can also use store, just make sure it’s good quality.
- 2 tbsp of honey.
- 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce.
- 2 cloves of garlic - grated.
- 15g of ginger - thinly sliced.
- A pinch of dried chilli flakes.
- Salt, to taste.
- Tbsp of cornflour, mixed with 2 tbsp of cold water
