Preheat oven to 175°C/350°F.
Mix together all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Then mix together wet ingredients.
Combine dry and wet ingredients well, then add your choc chips (leave some for sprinkling on top).
Transfer your mixture to a lined 8" x 8" baking tin and then bake for 12-15 mins.
Once time is up, remove from oven, leave to cool and then slice up into 16 bars.

  • 30g of flour.
  • Tsp of baking powder.
  • Tsp of cinnamon.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 250g of smooth peanut butter.
  • 170g of maple syrup.
  • Tsp of vanilla.
  • 40g of choc chips.
