In a large bowl, coat chicken breast in olive oil, garlic granules, onion granules and smoked paprika. Heat a few sprays of low calorie cooking spray in a large pan, then add chicken - cook on medium heat until just beginning to char on the outside. Make sure chicken is cooked through, then remove from pan and turn heat to low.
Deglaze pan with rice wine vinegar, then add remaining tsp of olive oil. Sauté garlic for 2 mins, stirring regularly, then add honey and sriracha, stir to combine then simmer for 2-3 mins, careful not let the honey bubble over, if it does, remove from heat completely.
Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of water to boil and add egg noodles - cook per packet instructions. Drain, then add noodles to hot honey sauce, along with spring onions and coriander, then toss to combine. Add cooked chicken and sesame seeds to pan and combine once more.
