Moroccan Spiced Falafel Kebabs

Preheat oven to 180°C/ 360°F. Place falafel pieces on baking tray and bake for 8-10 mins.
Meanwhile, mix together your sauce in a small bowl.
Once falafel pieces are baked, build your kebabs, lettuce first, slice your falafel and add it in. Then add the rest of veg as filling along with your garlic sauce and enjoy!


Serves 4

For the kebabs:

  • @gosh_food natural Moroccan Spiced Falafel. Finely chopped white cabbage.
  • Radishes.
  • Cucumber slices.
  • Lettuce.
  • 4 pittas

For the garlic sauce:

  • 200ml of plant-based yoghurt.
  • A handful of chives.
  • 1 clove of garlic - finely chopped.
  • A squeeze of lemon.
  • Tbsp of olive oil.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Tsp of cumin.
