Peri Peri Chicken Rice and Kale

Heat olive oil in non-stick pan on a medium heat and add chicken. Cook for 2-3 mins stirring occasionally before adding peri peri sauce. Coat chicken in peri peri sauce and continue to cook until chicken is cooked through.
Meanwhile, steam your kale and microwave your rice.
Add rice and kale to a bowl, mix together and then add chicken on top. Dress with some extra peri peri sauce if you wish.
