Nutella Banana Loaf

Each bite of our Nutella Banana Bread is guaranteed satisfaction and comfort. Oozing with Nutella, its warm, it’s soft, had a crunchy crust and all round utterly delicious.

Preheat oven to 175°C/ 350°F.
Mix all dry ingredients together: flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients until fully combined: bananas, honey, eggs, coconut oil (not nutella). Transfer wet ingredients to bowl with dry ingredients and mix together until fully combined.
Transfer 1/2 mixture to a lined loaf tin, then add your Nutella, spread it around, then finally add remaining banana bread mixture on top. Swirl the Nutella around the surface to create a swirl in the top of your loaf. Bake for 30 mins, until a toothpick comes out clean.

  • 225g of whole wheat flour.
  • Tsp bicarbonate of soda.
  • Tsp of baking powder.
  • Tsp of cinnamon.
  • 1/2 tsp of fine salt.
  • 3 ripe bananas - mashed.
  • 40g coconut oil - melted.
  • 150g of honey.
  • Tsp of vanilla extract.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 2 tbsp of Nutella - melted to make runny.
