Nutella Churros Baked Oats

Decadent, high-protein baked oats – but make them Churros! Vanilla baked oats, stuffed with melted Nutella, topped with a crunchy cinnamon sugar topping. The perfect indulgent breakfast for the colder mornings.

Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
Add banana to a bowl and mash well with a fork. Add in oat flour, protein powder, baking powder and milk and mix with a fork until combined.
Add most of the mixture into a greased oven-safe bowl, save around 1 tablespoon of the mixture for the top. Add Nutella to the centre of the dish and then cover with the remaining oat mixture.
Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl and then sprinkle over the top of the oats. Bake for 13-15 minutes.
