High Protein Oreo Brownies

Firstly, preheat your oven to 180C / 350F.
Then, in a large mixing bowl, combine mashed banana, peanut butter, vanilla protein, and cocoa powder.
Next, add 4 broken Oreo cookies to the mixture and fold in.
Transfer your mixture to a lined baking dish and flatten the top out with a spatula.
Add the rest of your Oreos to the top of the mixture and then bake your brownies for 15 mins. Remove and leave to cool before slicing into ten pieces.
