Oreo Protein Truffles

Our Oreo Protein Truffles are so simple and so delicious. Chuck everything into a food processor and that's basically it! Fudgey, chocolatey and protein packed. We had to finish with melted white chocolate and crumbly oreo pieces on top!

In a food processor, combine oreo biscuits, light cream cheese, maple syrup, and vanilla protein powder (if you are using a mixing bowl, make sure you crush the biscuits before adding the rest of the ingredients).
Split and form the mixture into 8 evenly sized balls, place each ball on a lined baking tray and chill for 10 mins.
Melt together your your white chocolate in a microwaveable bowl. I do 1 min in the microwave, give it a stir and then another 30s - 1 min. Keeping your protein oreo truffles on your lined baking tray, drizzle on your white chocolate mixture until completely covered and sprinkle with a crushed oreo biscuit (optional). Then refrigerate for a further 10 mins.
Now it's time to remove from fridge and tuck into the deliciously, fudgey protein truffles! Enjoy.

  • 100g of oreo biscuits.
  • 60g of light cream cheese.
  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup.
  • 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein.
  • 100g white chocolate.
  • 1 crushed oreo biscuit (prinkle on top).
