Pancake Dippers
Everyone loves a combination of pancakes and bacon, so why not wrap it into one delicious dip-able bite?.

Add all pancake ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth.
Heat coconut oil in a non-stick pan and add bacon. Fry for 2-3 mins on each side until crispy and remove from pan and dab with kitchen roll to soak up excess fat.
Clean pan and add heat small amount of coconut oil. Add one piece of bacon back to pan and then spoon pancake mixture around and on top of bacon until it is completely covered. Cook for 2 mins before flipping and cook for another 2 mins.
Repeat this process until all bacon and pancake mixture is used. Dust with a little icing sugar and dip in @myproteinuk sugar-free sauce.
