In a large mixing bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, protein and a pinch of salt. Then add peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and milk and mix together until fully combined. If it’s too dry, keep adding small splashes of milk until the mixture binds. Finally, fold in your chocolate chips to your mixture.
Roll the mixture into 16 equal sized balls, then cover and chill in fridge for at least 20 mins. Keep refrigerated and eat within 4 days.

  • 100g of almond flour.
  • 40g of coconut flour.
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein.
  • 1/2 tsp of fine salt.
  • 200g of peanut butter.
  • 3 tbsp of maple syrup.
  • Tsp of vanilla extract.
  • Splashes of milk, until mixture binds.
  • 25g of chocolate chips.
