For the nougat base, add peanut butter, liquid sweetener and milk to a bowl. Mix with a fork until combined.
Add in blended oats and protein powder and fold with a spatula until it comes together as a solid, sticky dough. Add the mixture to a loaf tin lined with parchment paper and press it down firmly with your spatula.
Add the peanut butter and maple syrup to a bowl and mix with a fork until smooth, it should resemble caramel. Spread this onto your nougat base then sprinkle your peanuts on top and lightly press them into the caramel.
Add your chocolate to a microwaveable bowl and heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals until melted. Pour this onto the peanuts and caramel then freeze for at least two hours before slicing into 8 bars with a clean, sharp knife. Store in the freezer.
