Heat coconut oil in a large pan or saucepan on medium heat. Add popcorn kernels to pan, shake to coat kernels on oil and cover with lid. Wait for 4-5 mins for popcorn to start popping. Shake the pan every now and then to make sure popcorn isn’t sticking to pan. Popcorn should take 3-5 mins to completely pop.
Remove from pan to bowl, add salt (to taste) and drizzle with maple syrup.
