Mix all ingredients, apart from icing sugar, together in a mixing bowl
Divide into 20 evenly sized small balls of dough using your hands. Roll in icing sugar to coat.
Transfer to a baking tray and bake at 180°C for 10 mins. Allow to cool for 5 mins before eating!

  • 80g Coconut Sugar
  • 100g of Maple Syrup
  • 2 Eggs
  • 60g of coconut oil - melted
  • 180g Plain Flour
  • Tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Oranges (Zest)
  • 2 Tsp Mixed Spices
  • Tsp Cinnamon
  • Icing Sugar for Dusting
