If using an oven, preheat oven to 200°C/ 400°F. Coat chicken breast in the olive oil, chipotle paste, lime juice and BBQ seasoning, then transfer to a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes or air fry for 15-20 minutes.
Add all the creamy chilli sauce ingredients to a blender and blitz until fully combined.
Heat a few sprays of low calorie cooking spray in a non-stick pan and cook peppers, on medium heat, for five minutes, until soft and slightly charred.
Once the chicken is cooked, cut it into bite sized pieces. Transfer the chicken, peppers, creamy chilli sauce and cheddar cheese to a large bowl and mix until combined. Transfer the mixture to the tortilla wraps and wrap into burritos.
