Spicy Air Fryer Chips

Peel and cut potatoes into 2-3cm thick chips. Transfer chips to a colander and rinse starch off potatoes under cold water. Pat chips dry using paper towels and transfer to air fryer.
Season chips generously, add oil and fry.
Meanwhile, mix together all seasoning ingredients and set aside. Once chips are cooked, transfer to a large bowl, allow to cool a few mins and add seasoning. Toss until fully coated and garnish with chopped flat parsley.

  • 1/4 tsp chilli powder
  • Tsp salt
